Have a provider to reach out to when something comes up, without needing insurance or sitting in an urgent care waiting room.

Good for things like:

• Colds, sinus infections, sore throats, and coughs
• Urinary symptoms
• Rashes, bug bites, and minor skin concerns (photos help!)
• Allergies and pink eye
• "Should I be worried about this?" questions
• Refills of simple, stable medications

What's included:

• Text and email access to me directly
• Phone or video visits when needed
• Wholesale pricing on any labs, like a urine test or strep culture at Labcorp

What's not included:

• Hormone or weight management (see the Evoke Health Membership)
• Controlled medications
• Emergency care. For chest pain, trouble breathing, or anything severe, call 911 or go to the ER.

What to expect:
Texts usually get a same-day reply during business hours. 

This membership is for patients who've been told everything is normal, have had no answers to chronic health issues, and want a provider who will take the time to dig deeper with advanced testing.

Everything in the Evoke Health Membership, plus:

• A longer initial consultation, 90 minutes to 2 hours, to build your full health history, symptom timeline, and lifestyle review
• More frequent visits while we work through your plan
• Interpretation of specialty testing, like DUTCH, GI-MAP, Cellular Micronutrient Assay, NutrEval, and genetic testing
• Gut health, chronic fatigue, and root-cause investigation
• Custom, in-depth treatment protocols

What to expect:

• Months 1 to 3: Visits every 2 to 4 weeks. This is where we dig into your labs and specialty testing and make frequent adjustments to your protocol.
• Months 3 to 6: Visits every 4 to 6 weeks as your body adapts and symptoms start to stabilize.
• 6 months and beyond: Visits every 2 to 3 months to keep your progress going and review updated labs.

Between visits, text and email are always available for questions and updates.

Specialty tests are billed separately at wholesale pricing.
